      2月25日，调研小分队在迈世腾科技（山东）有限公司开展调研座谈交流，了解了企业的技术研发情况、科技人才结构、高层次人才需求情况及科技成果申报等情况，在得知企业与韩国三星、LG均有合作，并设有海外工作站后，特别为企业专门解读了离岸创新人才政策、海外工程师支持计划、外国专家引进支持计划、泰山产业领军人才等各级各类人才项目申报政策，现场帮助企业梳理下一步科技人才引进计划、科技成果奖项申报等工作重点方向。

       2월25일 뮤셈 테크놀로지（산동）유한공사（迈世腾科技（山东）有限公司）를 방문하였습니다. 기업의 기술연구 현황, 과학기술 인재 구조, 엘리트 인재 수요 현황 및 과학기술 관련 정부 프로젝트 신청등 상황을 파악 하였습니다. 기업은 삼성그룹, LG그룹과 협력 관계가 있으며 해외에 연구 기지를 보유하고 있었습니다. 특히 기업에게 오프쇼어 혁신 인재 정책, 해외 엔지니어 지원계획, 외국 전문가 유치 관련 계획, 태산산업 리더 인재등 정부 프로젝트 정책을 전달하였습니다. 특히 과학기술 인재 유치 계획을 체계적으로 정리하고 과학기술 성과 관련 프로젝트 신청등 주요 방향을 제시하였습니다.
