●  市 场 准 入      进站外国专家申请企业注册服务，享受即时审核、限时办结服务。

●  金 融 服 务      进站外国专家可按规定享受小微企业一次性创业补贴、一次性创业岗位开发补贴、科技支行、政银保等财政金融政策。

●  申 报 项 目      进站外国专家符合条件的，可优先推荐申报国家、省、市各类外国专家项目，享受政策信息咨询服务。

●  政策宣传支持  进站外国专家优先受邀参加各级各部门组织的人才支持政策宣传活动。

●  产业环境考察  进站外国专家优先受邀参加市内各级政府或相关部门、机构组织的产业环境考察活动。

Basic Services

● Contact Service   Contact accommodation, transportation, tourism, shopping, translation, and training for foreign experts.
● Library Service   Offer library catalogue, references, professional books, and journals in foreign languages.
● Research Service    Support foreign experts with research platforms in data search, experimentation, and product development, on the premise of protecting state secrets and trade secrets. Provide foreign experts with space, apparatus, and equipment for scientific research according to regulations.
● Market Access Service   Prioritize foreign experts’ business registration with immediate acceptance and fast approval.
● Financial Service    Implement preferential fiscal and financial policies for foreign experts, such as one-time subsidy for small and micro start-ups, one-time subsidy for job providers, sci-tech banks, and government-insured loans.
● Project Application Service   Give priority to foreign experts in applying for national, provincial, and municipal projects and offer consulting service on policy explanation.
● Policy Publicity Service   Invite foreign experts to policy publicity lectures that introduce talent attraction policies of all levels.

绿色通道服务

对符合进站条件的第1、2、3、4、5类高层次外国专家除享受普惠服务事项外，还可享受下列绿色通道服务：

●  出入境、工作许可和居留服务  对进站外国专家和团队成员及其随行家属给予签证、居留等便利。

●  子女入学  外国专家的子女，可根据本人意愿优先安排到所需学校（幼儿园、小学、初中、高中）就读。

●  机动车服务  进站外国专家在机动车登记、驾驶证申领审验时，可优先办理。

●  社会保险  进站外国专家申请办理各项社会保险关系转移接续的，享受即时审核、限时办结服务。

●  机场交通服务  在威海机场出行时，本人及陪同人员可享受绿色通道待遇。

●  水上交通服务  在市内各大客船（轮渡）码头出行时，本人及陪同人员可享受绿色通道待遇。

●  铁路交通服务  在市内火车站出行时，本人及陪同人员可享受便利服务。

●  医疗保健  进站外国专家可享受指定的三甲医院预约就诊、专员陪同、专家诊疗等就医绿色通道服务。

●  旅游服务  进入市内3A级以上旅游景区及国家森林公园享受相关优惠政策。

●  健身服务  享受在市内各级体育部门所属公共体育场馆免费入场馆健身服务。

●  税务服务  进站外国专家可按规定享受相关优惠政策及纳税绿色通道待遇。   

●  海关服务  进出境时，海关给予绿色通道待遇的通关便利。      

Green Channel Services

Besides the basic services that are eligible to all registered foreign experts in Weihai Foreign Expert Station, green channel services are offered to experts who meet either of the requirements I, II, III, IV, and V.
● Entry & Exit, Work Permits and Residence Service   Grant visas and residential convenience to foreign experts and their team and family members.
● School Enrollment Service    Children of foreign experts enjoy free choice of schools of all levels (kindergarten, elementary, secondary and high schools)
● Automobile Service    Foreign experts enjoy fast pass in vehicle registration and driving license application.
● Social Insurance Service  Foreign experts enjoy immediate acceptance and fast approval at their application for the transfer of personal social insurance accounts.
● Airport Service           Foreign experts and accompanying personnel enjoy fast track at Weihai Airport.
● Port Service     Foreign experts and accompanying personnel enjoy fast track at Weihai ports.
● Railway Service    Foreign experts and accompanying personnel enjoy VIP service at Weihai railway stations.
● Healthcare Service           Foreign experts enjoy green channel for medical service in designated Level-A tertiary hospitals, including priority appointment, accompanying nurse, and expert diagnosis and treatment.
● Tourism Service    Foreign experts enjoy discounted tickets at AAA or above tourist attractions and national forest parks in Weihai.
● Fitness Service       Foreign experts enjoy free access to public stadiums and gymnasiums that are under the administration of Weihai sports departments at or below the municipal level.

● 자동차 운전 면허 서비스
외국인 전문가에게 자동차 등록, 운전면허증 신청, 수령 및 심사 시 우선 발급 조건 제공합니다.
● 사회 보험 
외국인 전문가에게 중국내 사회보험 등록 및 연장 서비스 제공. 신속한 업무 심사 그리고 기한 내 업무처리 서비스 제공합니다.
● 공항 서비스
웨이하이 공항 이용 시 본인 및 일행분들 녹색 통로 이용 혜택 제공합니다.
● 수로 서비스
시(市） 이내 여객선 (연락선) 항구로 통행시 본인 및 일행분들 녹색 통로 이용 혜택 제공합니다.

외국인 전문가에게 지정된 3갑병원(중국에서 가장 높은 등급의 변원)에서 치료받을 기회 제공합니다. 내원 시 전문 책임자 동행 및 병원내 교수진 예약등 녹색 통로 제공합니다.
● 여행 서비스
웨이하이 시 3A급 이상 등급의 여행 코스 그리고 국립생태공원을 방문 할 수 있는 우선 혜택 제공합니다.
● 헬스 트레이닝 서비스
웨이하이시 각 스포츠 부문 소속인 공공체육관에 무료 출입 서비스 제공합니다.
