进站外国专家应具备下列条件之一
 
一、持“山东惠才卡”“威海英才卡”以及市内单位引进的在其他省市获得相应层次待遇的。
二、拥有自主知识产权或发明专利等，携项目或成果在威海创办企业的。
三、获设区的市级及以上“友谊奖”称号及其他政府表彰的。
四、曾获设区的市级及以上引智项目资助、“国际科技合作奖”、人才计划或人才相关奖项的外国专家，担任科技计划项目成果负责人或主要成员以及为威海经济社会发展做出重要贡献的其他外国专家。
五、符合《外国人来华工作分类标准（试行）》外国高端人才（A 类）标准条件中入选国内人才引进计划的、符合国际公认的专业成就认定标准的、符合市场导向鼓励类岗位需求的、创新创业人才、优秀青年人才以及计点积分在85分以上的外国人才（不含平均工资不低于本地区上年度社会平均工资6倍人员）。
六、符合《外国人来华工作分类标准（试行）》外国高端人才（A 类）标准条件中平均工资不低于本地区上年度社会平均工资6倍人员以及外国专业人才（B类）。
七、经推荐或单位自行邀请来威海对接产业需求的。
八、应邀来威海参加各类高峰论坛、专题讲座、学术研讨、参观考察等活动的。
九、其他有意来威海创新创业的外国专家。 

Foreign experts registered in Weihai Foreign Expert Station should meet at least one of the following requirements:

1）Holders of the Shandong Huicai Card, or Weihai Yingcai Card, or counterpart cards that are issued by other provinces or cities and can prove the same accreditation. The holders should work for Weihai employers.
2）Owners of independent intellectual property rights, or invention patents, or other certificates. The owners should start a business in Weihai with related projects or outcomes.
3）Recipients of the Chinese Government’s Friendship Award at or above municipal level, or other government awards.
4）Grantees of introduction programs for foreign experts at or above municipal level (which governs subordinating districts), or recipients of the International Science and Technology Cooperation Award, or grantees of other talent programs or talent awards. Directors or principal members of science and technology programs. Major contributors to Weihai’s economic and social development.
5）Category A high-end talents under the Classification Standards for Foreigners to Work in China (Trial) (the Standards), who meet at least one of the following requirements: (1)selected candidates for China’s talent introduction programs, (2)individuals who meet internationally recognized standards of professional achievement, (3)foreign professionals who meet the demand for market-oriented jobs encouraged by China, (4)innovative entrepreneurial talents, (5)excellent youth talents, or (6)professional talents with accumulated scores over 85. (The talents who meet the above requirements only for the reason of salary income which is six times or higher than the local average annual income of the previous year, are not included here.)
6）Category A high-end talents who meet the requirements under the Standards only for the reason of salary income which is six times or higher than the local average annual income of the previous year. Category B professional talents under the Standards.
7）Those who have come to Weihai to meet the needs of the industry on their own recommendation or on their own invitation by the unit.
8）Experts invited to Weihai to attend events, such as summit forums, themed lectures, academic seminars, and business tours.
9）Experts who have the intention of starting research or business in Weihai.

스테이션에 참가하는 외국 전문가 겸비해야 하는 조건은 아래와 같습니다.

1.“산동 혜재 카드(山东惠才卡)”, “ 웨이하이 영재 카드(威海英才卡)”를 보유하고 웨이하이시 기업, 기관에 초빙되어 중국 내 기타 성（省）, 시（市）에서 혜택과 대우를 받은적이 있는 외국 전문가.
2.자주적 지식재산권 혹은 발명 특허보유 그리고 웨이하이시에서 프로젝트 혹은 성과로 회사를 설립한 외국 전문가.
3.설구적시 (设区的市 구로 나누어진 시)급 혹은  이상의 “ 우의 상(友谊奖) ”명의 그리고 정부에서 발부한 기타 표창을 수여한 외국 전문가.
4.설구적시 (设区的市 구로 나누어진 시)급 혹은 그 이상의 지역에서 인재 프로젝트 자금 지원, “국제과학기술 협력상” , 인재계획 혹은 인재 관련된 상장을 보유한 외국 전문가. 과학기술 계획 프로젝트 담당 혹은 주요 일원, 웨이하이 경제사회 발전에 중대한 공헌을 한 기타 외국 전문가.
5.《재중 외국인 업무분류 기준 (시행)》에 따른 외국 고급 인재 (A류) 조건 기준에 의거하여 중국 내 인재 계획에 초빙된 외국인 전문가, 국제적으로 공인된 전문적인 성과 기준, 시장성에 수요에 의한 인재 격려형 직무, 창조적인 창업인재, 우수한 청년인재 그리고 점수가 85점 이상의 외국인 인재. ( 평균 수입이 중국내 현 지역 상반년도 사회 평균 소득6배 이상 인자 불포함)
6.《재중 외국인 업무분류 기준 (시행)》에 따른 외국 고급 인재 (A류) 조건 기준으로 평균 수입이 중국내 현 지역 상반년도 사회 평균 소득보다 6배 높은 외국인 전문인재 (B류)
7.국가, 성（省）급 외국 전문가 기관, 외국 전문가 조직, 인재 유입 전문기관의 추천 또는 기업, 기관에서 자주적으로 웨이하이시에 초빙하여 산업생산 지도를 한 전문가.    
8.웨이하이시에 초빙하여 각종 포럼, 전문적인 강좌, 학술 토론, 현지 참관 활동에 참가할 외국 전문가.
9.기타 웨이하이에 창조적 창업 의향이 있는 외국인 전문가.
