为进一步增强在威外国专家对威海的情感认同和文化认同，积极营造尊才爱才敬才用才的浓厚氛围，外国专家驿站于1月11日威海人才活动日之际，组织来自美国、英国、比利时等不同国家的16名在威外国专家走进威海市非物质文化遗产展示馆，参观威海当地传统文化，体验威海民俗风情，了解威海特色人文等，近距离感受和体验“非遗”魅力，从而从不同维度爱上威海、留在威海。

　　富有渔家特色的海草房、生动有趣的古老传说、源远流长的传统技艺……讲解员声情并茂的讲述让专家们感受到了威海传统文化的精髓和现代文明的源泉。威海剪纸、锡镶技艺、吉昌花饽饽技艺、玻璃画等7个非遗及民俗项目的非遗传承人亲自为外国专家们展演展示，激起了专家们的浓厚兴趣，纷纷亲身体验制作自己专属的“威海特色”非遗作品。

　　本次活动是外国专家驿站2022年组织举办的第一场活动，后续将围绕驿站功能定位，不定期组织主题沙龙、交流对接、参观考察、技术研讨、联谊体验等更多丰富多彩的活动，让外国人才全方位了解我市产业布局和重点企业、园区发展情况，熟悉风土人情、体验传统文化，加深对城市发展理念的理解。

　　Foreign Experts in Weihai Walked Into the Weihai Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition Hall

　　In order to further deepen the emotional and cultural identification of the foreign experts in Weihai towards local life, and actively create a strong atmosphere of respecting, caring, and cherishing talents, on the occasion of Weihai Talent Activity Day on January 11th, 16 foreign experts from the United States, the United Kingdom, Belgium and other countries were invited to visit the Weihai Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition Hall to learn the Weihai local traditional culture, understand the local characteristics and humanities, feel and experience the charm of "intangible cultural heritage" closely, so as to fall in love with Weihai from different dimensions and be more determined to stay in Weihai.

　　Rich fisherman characteristics of the sea grass houses, vivid and interesting ancient legend, long-standing traditional skills...The lively and ardent narration from the commentator has made the experts feel the essence of Weihai’s traditional culture and the source of modern civilization.The inheritors of seven intangible cultural heritages and folk- custom projects which including paper-cut, tin inlaying skills, Jichang flower cake craftsmanship, glass painting, etc., personally displayed them to the foreign experts, which aroused the strong interest of the experts, and the experts have personally experienced and made their own "Weihai characteristics" intangible cultural heritage works one after another.

　　This activity is the first one organized and held by Foreign Expert Station in 2022. In the future, more colorful activities around the functional positioning of the Station such as theme salons, communication and docking, visits and inspections, technical seminars, and social experience will be organized from time to time, so that foreign talents can fully understand the industrial layout and the development of key enterprises and parks in our city, be familiar with local customs, experience traditional culture, and deepen their understanding of urban development concepts.
