1、什么是威海友谊奖?

　　答:“威海友谊奖”，是威海市政府为表彰在威海建设和发出突出贡献的外国专家而设立的最高荣誉奖。评审工作一般每两年进行一次。(威政发[2015] 32号)

2.申报条件是什么?

　　答:外国专家应对我友好，并具备下列条件之一:

　　(1)积极向威海市传授新技术、新工艺、新方法，解决技术、管理等方面的关键问题，取得显著经济效益或社会效益。

　　(2)为威海市工程建设项目的建成、投产、运行管理等作出实出经济效益。

　　(3)为威海市企业技术进步、科技攻关提出重要建议，并取得显著经济效益。

　　(4)积极为威海市培养人才，向威海拥赠有重要价值的仪器设备、图书资料等，在教学、科研、对外宣传等工作中作出突出贡献。

　　(5)为威海市引进国外智力作出突出贡献，(威政发[2015]32号)

3.如何进行申报?申报材料需要哪些？

　　答：申报流程：

　　(1)聘请外国专家的单位提出申请，填写申请表报区市外也门或市直主管部门;

　　(2)区市外专部门审核同意后，报所在区市(含国家级开发区)政府。

　　(3)区市(含国家级开开发区)政府(管委)或市直主管部门同意后报外专局。

　　1.What is the Weihai Friendship Award?

　　Answer: “Weihai Friendship Award”is the highest honorary award established by the Weihai Municipal Government to recognize foreign expert who have made outstanding contributions to the construction of Weihai. The evaluation is generally held every two years.(Weihai Government[2015] NO.32 )

　　2.What are the declaration condition?

　　Answer: Have one of the following conditions.

　　(1) Actively impart new technologies, techniques and methods to Weihai City to solve key problems in technology, management, etc. and achieve significant economic or social benefits.

　　(2) Make economic benefit for the construction, commissioning, operation and management of Weihai engineering construction project.

　　(3) Put forward important suggestions for the technological progress and scientific. Technological difficulties of Weihai enterprise and obtain significant economic benefit.

　　(4) Actively cultivate talent for Weihai City and donate valuable instrument, equipment, book and material to Weihai. Make outstanding contributions to teaching, scientific research and publicity.

　　3.How to make a declaration? What do you need for the declaration material?

　　Answer: Declaration process

　　(1) The unit that employs foreign experts will apply and fill in the application form and submit it to the special department outside the district or the municipal competent department.

　　(2) After examination and approval, the special department outside the district shall report to the local district and municipal government (including the national development zone).

　　(3) The district and municipal government (including the national development zone) or the municipal authority approves and report to the external special bureau.

　　가: 외국 전문가를 채용한 기업에서 신청서 시(市)구 외국전문가국 담당부서 혹은 웨이하이시 직속 주관부서 제출합니다.

　　나: 시(市)구 외국전문가국 담당부서 심사 통과후 관할 구역 시정부 신청합니다, ( 국가급 개발구역 포함 )

　　다: 관할 구역 시(市)( 국가급 개발구역 ) 정부 ( 관리위원회 ) 혹은 시(市)직속 주관부서 심사 및 동의 거친후 외국전문가국에 신청합니다.
