1.什么是齐鲁友谊奖?

　　答:“齐鲁友谊奖”是山东省人民政府对在山东工作并对全省经济建设和社会发展作出突出贡献的外国专家的最高奖项。评审省每年进行一次， 全省每年约表彰20名外国专家，每名专家给子5万元工作奖励。(鲁政办发[2011] 48号)

2.申报条件是什么?

　　答:(1)对我省经济建设和社会发展作出重要贡献的，特别是为我省新旧动能转换重大工程发挥重要作用的高层次外国人才以及我省急需紧缺的各类人才。

　　(2)为我省技术进步提出重要建议，传授新工艺、新方法，解决技术和管理等方面关键问题，或填补了省内空白，取得显著经济效益和会效益的。

　　(3)为我省培养引进人才及教育、文化、卫生、体育等工作中做出突出贡献的。

　　(4)在我省企业的国外分公司和研发机构工作的高级管理人员和科研人员，为企业发展和技术创新做出突出贡献的。

　　(5)对华友好，在我省贫困地区克服困难无私奉献，具有良好声誉和较大社会影响的外国专家和为我省引进国外智力和外国专家工作做出突出贡献的官方或民间友好人士。(鲁政办发(2011 48 号)

3.如何进行申报?申报材料需要哪些?

　　答:申报程序:(1)聘(邀)请外国专家的单位提出申请，填写报区市外专部门或市直主管部门;

　　(2)区市外专部门或市直主管部门审核同意后报市外专局;

　　(3)市外专局审核后报市政府;

　　(4)市政府同意后，由市外专局报省外国专家局。

　　Answer: Declaration procedure:

　　(1) An application is filed by a unit employing foreign expert and the special department or municipal responsible department outside the declaration area shall be filed.

　　(2) Apply to the municipal special department or municipal department after examination and approval.

　　Apply to the municipal government after the examination and examination of the municipal special bureau.

　　나: 시(市)구역 관할 외국전문가국 혹은(市)직속 주관부 심사 통과후 시(市)외국전문가국에 신청됩니다.

　　다: 시(市)외국전문가국 심사 후 시정부에 신청됩니다.

　　라: 시(市)정부 심사 통과 후 시(市)외국전문가국에서 성(省)외국전문가국에 신청합니다.
