1.什么是中国政府友谊奖?

　　答：中国政府“友谊奖”，是中国政府为表彰在中国现代化建设和改革开放事业中作出突出贡献的外国专家而设立的最高奖项。评审工年一般每年进行一次，全国每年约表彰50名外国专家，每名专家给予10万元奖励。

2.申报条件是什么?

　　答：(1)对我国经济了建设和社会发展作出重要贡献、为促进中外交流和人才培养等各项事业发挥重要作用的外国专家，重大原始创新能力的科学家、重大技术革新能力的科技领军入才、具有世界眼光和战略开拓能力的企业家以及我国经济社会发展急需的各类人才倾斜。

　　(2)对华友好，在我国边疆、贫困地区克服困难无私奉献，具有自权声普和较大社会影响的外国专家。

　　(3)重点推荐在我国经济转型升级、带动创新型国家建设、推动五大发展理念、配合“一带一路”、“中国制造2025”、带动脱贫和乡村振兴、生态文明建设、传播中国声音等领域作出贡献的外国专家。

　　(4)原则上为获得省、部级表彰奖项的外国专家，且未获得过中国政府友谊奖。

3.该如何申报?

　　答:(1)聘(邀)请外国专家的单位按照通知要求在网上申报(申报系统网址为ww. safea. gov. cn/办事大厅/在线服务/中国政府友谊奖申报系统)，报区市外专部门或市直主管部门;

　　(2)区市外专部门或市直主管部门审核同意后报市外专局;

　　(3)市外专局审核同意后报省外国专家局;

　　(4)省外国专家局审核同意后报国家外国专家局。

　　(3) Focus on recommending foreign expert who have made contributions to China economic upgrading, promoting the construction of an innovative country, promoting the five major development concepts, cooperating with the Belt and Road Initiative, "Made in China 2025", driving poverty alleviation and rural revitalization, ecological civilization construction and disseminating Chinese voice.

　　(4) In principle, foreign expert who have won provincial and ministerial recognition awards have not won the Chinese Government Friendship Award.

　　3.How to declare?

　　Answer: (1) The unit that employs foreign expert will file online in accordance with the requirements of the notification (the website of the declaration system is www. safea.gov.cn/clerk hall/online service/China Friendship Award declaration system) and apply to the district and municipal special department or municipal authorities.

　　(2) Apply to the Municipal Bureau of Foreign Expert after the examination and approval of the special department or municipal department.

　　(3) Apply to the Provincial Bureau of Foreign Expert after the examination and approval of the municipal special bureau.

　　(4) Apply to the National Bureau of Foreign Expert after examination and approval by the Provincial Bureau of Foreign Expert.

　　라: 원칙적으로 성, 부급 표창을 받은 외국 전문가이고 중국정부의 우의상을 수여 받은적이 없어야 합니다.
