6月9日，外国专家驿站联合韩中产官学协力交流协会开展了外国专家“进企业、进园区”主题行活动，组织30多名在威外国专家走进威海华菱光电股份有限公司、威海永柏微电机有限公司、威海大世汽车配件有限公司、迈世腾科技(山东)有限公司等企业观摩考察、对接项目，全方位了解我市企业发展情况，开展高层次科技合作交流，促进我市企业协同发展。

　　外国专家到参观了威海华菱光电股份有限公司的接触式图像传感器(CIS)、容量图像传感器(DIS)等目前世界先进的自动化生产线，了解企业在CIS工业相机、MIS磁图像传感器、裂缝监测器、AIS面阵传感器、指静脉传感器等产品在研发方面取得的世界领先技术及企业在海外的研发中心建设情况。专家表示企业研发的产品应用广泛，希望活动后进一步与企业深入交流，洽谈合作。威海永柏微电机有限公司为全球多家手机生产商提供芯片产品，企业为专家展示正在研发微型振动马达芯片以及微型电机、微型振动器等产品。在威海大世汽车配件有限公司，专家参观了企业的汽车调角器、滑轨、盘簧、精冲件等国际先进的自动化生产线，详细了解企业产品研发方向、产品市场情况。

　　在迈世腾科技(山东)有限公司，专家们了解公司在手机及电视机领域集成电路变压器、电子元器件技术的研发、生产情况，公司现在是三星集团多个领域原件供应商，根据市场需要不断加大研发力度，改进技术工艺。参观后，进行专家与企业座谈交流，专家表示“主题行”活动是与企业、产业深度对话的重要方式，专家通过企业技术展示、研发介绍，根据自身需求与企业寻求科技创新合作。驿站工作人员为专家讲解人才项目申报的相关政策，介绍驿站分层分类为外国专家提供24项专业化服务，在引进国外人才智力方面不断拓宽服务领域，优化引智结构。

　　下一步，外国专家驿站还将组织开展“主题行”“大讲堂”“云上荟”等品牌活动，邀请在威专家参与活动，为我市产业发展建言献策，吸引海外人才来威创新创业。
