今年以来，外国专家驿站加快市场化引才步伐，紧密对接海外引才机构、高校院所、外国专家组织等各类引才资源，打造驿站“云上荟”活动品牌，推进我市企业、园区与高层次外国专家交流对接，加快集聚海外高端创新资源。截至目前，共为我市用人单位推介匹配外国人才、项目63人(项)，达成对接意向6个。继威硬工具、文登威力工具集团与外国专家成功对接后，5月19日，外国专家驿站又组织了天润工业技术股份有限公司与日本轻量化材料领域2名退休工程师的线上交流对接会，市、区两级科技部门相关负责人参加。

　　此前，天润工业技术股份有限公司针对拓展的产品领域、市场前景等进行了多方论证，提出公司下一步研发方向，并向外国专家驿站提出了引进外国专家的技术项目需求。驿站根据企业提出的需求，积极对接海内外引才机构，反复为企业匹配高层次外国专家资源，最终达成对接意向。

　　经过3个多小时的线上交流，企业对专家的研发领域、专业特长有了全方位的了解，就如何降低公司现有产品生产成本、材料替代等与专家进行了深度探讨。通过交流沟通，对日本国内相关领域的前沿技术信息有了更深入的了解，为企业发展定位、研究方向打开了新的思路。受到2位专家启发，公司又提出了三方面的需求，一是树脂、碳纤维、玻璃纤维等轻量化材料的项目需求，二是汽车领域金属材料等方面的专家和项目需求，三是空气悬架设计方面的海外工程师需求，企业后续将通过邮件等方式与专家进行深层次的对接交流，并请驿站继续联系专家资源帮助对接推荐。

　　下一步，外国专家驿站将持续跟进人才项目对接进展，提供全链条、专业化、打包式服务，营造人才引进、科技创新、成果转化的良好生态，吸引更多海外人才来威创新创业。
